What is Logic Benchmarks?

Logic Benchmarks is a computer Benchmark Test using Apple’s music production software Logic Pro X. It allows users to run the test and submit their Benchmark Score to the graph that is found on our Benchmark Results page. This makes the comparison of different Mac models more effective. If you want to read more about this project, visit the About page.

How does Logic Benchmarks work?

The Logic Benchmark Test is done by running a Logic Pro X project, that can be downloaded from our site, on your Mac. It requires you to constantly add more tracks until your computers’ CPU cannot handle it anymore and reaches a system overload. If you would like to know more about how the test works, visit this page.

How can I submit a score to Logic Benchmarks?

After having run the Benchmark Test on your Apple Mac, you can submit your score to our Mac Benchmark by going to this page. Follow the steps there and your score will be added to our main Graph, found on the Benchmark Results page.
